Krystallos specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of engineered quartz surfaces. All orders, customizations, delivery schedules, and services will be outlined in a written agreement or invoice shared with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information regarding product requirements and delivery details.

Ensure readiness for delivery, including site access and storage.

Secure all necessary local approvals or permits for handling, installation, or usage of quartz materials.

3. Orders, Fees, and Payment

All pricing, taxes, and delivery charges will be stated in the quotation or invoice.

Payment terms must be followed as per the agreed schedule.

Late payments may attract additional charges or delay future deliveries.

All confirmed orders are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

All product designs, branding, and marketing content remain the property of Krystallos.

Clients may not replicate or use Krystallos trademarks, images, or materials without written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Any proprietary information shared during communication, such as designs, pricing, or commercial terms, shall remain confidential.

We may showcase project outcomes and installations featuring our products in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Production & Delivery Timeline

Estimated timelines for production and delivery will be shared in advance.

Delays may occur due to external factors such as logistics issues, regulatory delays, weather, or raw material shortages.

Krystallos is not liable for delays beyond its control.

7. Product Warranty & Claims

Krystallos quartz products are covered under a limited warranty for manufacturing defects (details provided separately).

Warranty does not cover improper handling, installation damage, or misuse.

Any defect claims must be reported in writing with supporting images within 7 days of delivery.

8. Revisions & Custom Orders

Requests for customization, edge profiles, or special sizes may require additional lead time and costs.

Once production begins, revisions may not be possible or may incur extra charges.

9. Order Cancellation & Termination

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Cancellation after processing may incur restocking or administrative charges.

Custom orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Krystallos is not liable for damages caused by third-party installers, misuse, natural disasters, or site-related issues.

Any liability is limited strictly to the product invoice value.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Updates to Terms

Krystallos reserves the right to revise these terms at any time.

Clients will be notified in case of significant changes.
